Shipping


All of our orders ship within business days and orders placed after 3pm EST/ 11am PST on Friday will be shipped at the start of the next business week.

Our standard flat-rate delivery method is USPS, which should arrive 2-8 business days (domestic) and 7-21 business days (international, pending customs) after shipping. If you prefer - we offer an overnight shipping option as well for those in a pinch (domestic only).

Note that international shipments are subject to additional customs, duties, taxes or other fees as well as possible delays due to customs.

If you need your order by a specific date, please send us an email and we will be happy to discuss an alternative shipping method that works for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We want to make sure you love our products. If there is a defective product we're happy to send you a replacement. Please note all returns are for store credit only and you are responsible for the return label. Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. Mask are not eligible for returns. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. 

Any items returned that have been worn or damaged in any way will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.

All personal items, sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. No returns/exchanges/refunds or exceptions can be applied.

Haven’t received your package yet – what do you do?                                             If you have received your tracking-ID, we urge you to directly contact your local USPS office. USPS will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery.
